By the way,I want to clarify that opening paid-level membership means to purchase SVIP(超级会员) membership from below URL?

I think that It is meaningless to buy SVIP membership in order to use third party tool or application like BND.. then Is it sufficient to purchase VIP(会员) membership to use BND application without any restriction from Baidu Net Disk? Is there any possibility VIP(会员) account wiil be blacklisted or banned because of downloading too much data(more than 50 giga byte per a day) using BND like application ?
