使用 pyenv 安装 3.6.3 问题记录：

brew install pyenv doesn't help.
In fact, I install openssl and pyenv both from homebrew.
CFLAGS="-I$(brew --prefix openssl)/include" LDFLAGS="-L$(brew --prefix openssl)/lib" pyenv install 3.6.3 does fix this issue.
